What are your most popular Ice cream flavours? 
Dime bar crunch, super chocolate and golden secret (honeycomb and chocolate in a cream base) are our three biggest sellers.
 
What goes into your ice cream?
The base mix is made from fresh locally sourced Jersey cream, eggs and cane sugar. To this mix we simply add the appropriate flavour, e.g. Blended banana, chocolate shavings etc…
 
Do you ever sell an alternative to ice cream?
We will always try to have at least one fruit sorbet on display (suitable for vegans, lactose intolerant) and quite often frozen yoghurt.
 
What are the craziest flavours you have made and have you had any disasters?
There are almost no limits with what we can make into a flavour of ice cream. Brown bread, Devils chocolate (chocolate with chilli) and Smelly bee (Lavender and honey) have all been great successes. Guinness, marmite and garlic all still need a little work!
 
Why are G&D’s ice creams not as bright in colour as other brands?
G&D’s doesn’t add any artificial colourings flavourings or preservatives to its ice cream.
 
If I come up with a really cool flavour will you make it?
We have a flavour petition book at the front of each of our shops, where you can make your suggestion, if thirty other people support your flavour and sign up we will have a go!
